• Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched

📍 Important Delivery Information

To ensure a smooth and fast delivery, please ensure:

• Your delivery address is complete and accurate
• Your cellphone number is correct
• Any special delivery instructions are included
• Someone is available to receive the parcel (for door deliveries)

📬 PUDO Locker Deliveries

If you select PUDO:

• Your parcel will be delivered to a secure locker location
• You will receive a collection PIN via SMS
• Parcels can be collected at your convenience

✏️ Address Changes

If you need to update your delivery details:

• Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order
• Once dispatched, changes may result in additional courier fees

⚠️ Failed Deliveries

We cover the cost of the first delivery attempt.

Additional charges may apply if delivery fails due to:

• Incorrect address details
• No one available to receive the parcel
• Inaccessible delivery location
